Katie Beth got sit in a helicopter.
The baseball was good, too. I primarily took care of Katie Beth, while Karen got some adult time. I love to just let Katie Beth explore the ballpark and that what we did during the game.
Hanging Out With Mom and Dad
We are all hanging with my parents tonight. We are watching Snow White. Katie Beth us enjoying it.
And, she got to eat gum drops.
Another Day of Fun
Linda and Ellice Johnson stopped in for visit today while they are in town from Santa Barbara. We had a great time catching up. We shared lunch from Thomas Bar-B-Q and we went to my dad’s bar, The Nook, since they had not seen it.
Later in the day, Karen, Katie Beth, and I went to the pool. Katie Beth had fun spraying the deck with the water hose. Karen got to sit and read her book.

Weekend of Swimming
We spent most of the weekend swimming. Katie Beth had a blast. I get a kick out of watching her play in the water.
Over the next few weeks, we are going to have to get serious about her swimming skills, because she has lost many of her abilities from last summer. Last summer, she held her breath when asked to do so. Now, she will laugh her way into the deep water and keep laughing as she goes under.
I hope to get her in the pool during the week when there are fewer people (less children) to distract her. We need to work on her holding her breath and floating. We will start with floating and rolling over in the water.
Learning to Climb
Katie Beth is having a wonderful time playing at the school playground. We have done the slides and swing,s too.
Karen is out walking with Lucy for exercise and adult-time.
Hot Baseball
We are having a great time. Katie Beth is enjoying “Super Soaker Sunder”. She is having the children squirt her with their water pistols.
First Jump Off Diving Board
Katie Beth jumped off the driving board repeatedly today. But, daddy was dying from treading water for so long.

Heading to Joe Davis Stadium so we can checkout a baseball game and wish our dear friends Allison and Steve Tofflemire a happy 19th anniversary.
