First Jump Off Diving Board
Katie Beth jumped off the driving board repeatedly today. But, daddy was dying from treading water for so long.

Katie Beth made her first proclamation of mine!
I was playing a game of guess the hand that is holding something. She announced that the pacifier was “mine”.
Row, Row, Row Your Boat…
Katie Beth has taken up singing Row, Row, Row Your Boat. It is fun to hear her in the other room or in the back seat of the car while she repeats “Row, Row, Row”. She then pauses for about as long as it would take to sing the remainder of the verse and then start again.
Ah, childhood learning, it is so fun to observe.
Playing in the Rain

Digging with Her New Shovel
Katie Beth just loves to dig in anything, but I guess all children love to dig.
Sand Everywhere
Katie Beth had a blast at the beach. We dug in the sand and ran into the surf. She ate sand and maybe some sea water.
She loved the hole I dug deep in the sand. She wanted inside the hole, but she didn’t like us pushing the sand back onto her. It was okay for her push the sand onto herself.
Bubble Bath Gone Wild
After a busy day of swinging, sliding, and all around general fun, Katie Beth needed a serious bath.
There is nothing like the jets of tub to make lots of bubbles.
Playing at the Fountain
Katie Beth loves playing at the fountain. She wanted to walk through the water today.
The weather is great. It is a super day for flying kites.
